Where Are We?
A Biblical Orientation Guide
Know where you are in Scripture before you try to interpret it.
Where Are We? is a Bible study project designed to help readers understand where they are in Scripture—historically, geographically, and within God’s program—before attempting interpretation or application.
This study does not function as a commentary or devotional. It provides orientation so the Bible can be read in its proper context, without forcing conclusions or collapsing distinctions.
How This Study Works
The study is organized in three layers. Each layer answers the same question from a different level of depth.
Book Overviews provide big-picture orientation for entire books of the Bible.
Daily Readings guide readers through the Bible in sequence and serve as the primary teaching layer of the study.
Chapter Pages provide reference-level orientation for individual chapters without commentary or exposition.
Who This Study Is For
This study is designed for serious Bible readers who want clarity without commentary and structure without speculation.
It is suitable for personal study, classroom use, and teaching environments where careful reading and contextual accuracy matter.
What This Study Is Not
This study is not a devotional, a verse-by-verse commentary, or a platform for denominational debate.
It does not speculate, allegorize, or force conclusions onto the biblical text.
How to Use This Site
Begin with the daily Scripture reading, then use the corresponding Where Are We? guide to orient yourself before interpreting or applying the passage.
The material is designed to be read sequentially, printed if desired, and used as a reference for teaching or review.
Statement of Intent
This project exists to promote clear, honest Bible reading by keeping Scripture in its rightful place—historically, doctrinally, and dispensationally.
When readers know where they are, confusion gives way to clarity.
